My NOTD is a gray-ed out blue (w/ a hint of green) franken that I made. It was inspired by Moon over Manhattan. I mixed basic primary blue, white, black, clear, and a dollop of green together.
Then, I don't know what came over me, but I said, "I want to put glitter on top!"
I can't stress enough how this has NEVER happened to me before. I mean ever. Nevertheless I went w/ Maybelline's Pot of Gold. I like this glitter. It's sparkly, but classy. Lol!
