I know it looks dark in the photos, but when you compare it to something like OPI Lincoln Park After Dark, it is distinctly lighter and you can always tell that it's purple instead of black.
This is one of those Essie polishes that is just perfect. Gorgeous warm plum tone, great formula - I hope they never discontinue this classic. It just feels right.
